She has worked within organizations for 17 years, helping diverse teams deliver on strategic projects for over a decade and supporting organizations to deliver projects better by leading in Project Management Offices. In 2022, she earned a coaching certification and started supporting IT and project managers build their careers and deliver better results for their organizations.
